Returns Policy
Goods MUST be returned complete and in the same condition they were sent. Should the original packaging be unavailable an equivalent method should be sought.
FAULTY/DAMAGED GOODS - In the event of goods being faulty or damaged we will immediately arrange for the re-delivery of a new part or complete exchange. If a complete replacement is necessary we shall arrange re-delivery of a new item and collection of the faulty/damaged item.
CHANGE OF MIND - For items where customers ‘change their mind’, the customer can arrange the return of the item or we will arrange collection of the item. A refund will be made less the relevant delivery/return & administration costs. (Subject to the receipt of the returned item being in the same condition as it was despatched).
NOT QUITE RIGHT! - We endeavour to place as much information on our listings as possible; we welcome questions and are happy to send additional details and photographs if required. If however you do purchase an item that 'is not quite right!' we will happily refund the purchase LESS the delivery/return & administration costs. (Subject to the receipt of the returned item being in the same condition as it was despatched).
SORRY - WE WILL NOT REFUND ITEMS WHICH HAVE BEEN USED. NEITHER WILL WE REFUND ITEMS WHICH ARE DAMAGED OR INCOMPLETE DUE TO NEGLEGIENCE OR INAPPROPRIATE/UNSECURE PACKAGING
