| A:If you need to return an item for any reason contact us we will then give you a RA number. If we receive and item back with no RA number there will not be a refund. |
| Q:Are items new? |

| A:All of our items are brand new in the original Scosche packaging. |
| Q:How long does First Class International Shipping take? |
|
| A:If you choose First Class International Shipping it can take up to 60 days to get your item. Sometimes longer if customs gets it. This is out of our control. If you need your item quickly you need to choose either Priority or Express shipping. Yest the cost is more but it is also much quicker in most cases. We will not refund item before 60 days. |

| A:We can ship to any address that you put in as your PAYPAL payment shipping address. But that is the only address we will ship to. |
| Q:What is your return policy? |
|
| A:We will refund any item that is unopened once it is returned to us (with the RA number). We do not refund shipping costs. Visually inspect the item before opening it. If you open an item we cannot resell the item as new so we cannot issue a full refund. We will refund 80% of the purchase price on opened products.

| A:We will combine shipping. We will discount the shipping of each additional item by $2. Unless one or more items has free shipping. Then we can not discount the shipping. For bulk purchases please contact us for pricing and Shipping Totals. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:We Stock all items, We ship the following business day after the payment has been received or Cleared. Most items will arrive in 2-3 Days inside the USA. International orders vary. First Class International is the SLOWEST shipping method. If you need your item quickly do NOT pick First Class shipping. |
