Shipping

We endeavour to send all order out as quickly as reasonably possible. We may in exceptional circumstances have stock issues, We aim to resolve these as soon as reasonably possible.

We will cancel an order that is delayed due to stock issues if requested by the customer as long as we receive the instruction BEFORE the item is shipped. We will also cancel an order if there is no stock currently for the item and we do not have a reasonable or reliable re-stock date , or if the item has been withdrawn or discontinued, we will endeavour inform the customer as soon as we make this decision.

FREE DELIVERY (in UK) orders under 2kg are usually sent by Royal Mail Parcel Post, FREE DELIVERY (UK Mainland only) orders over 2Kg are usually sent by other parcel companies Unless a faster Paid for option is selected and paid for by customer, however we may send items on other services.

UK Mainland is defined by eBay UK and is set by post code, items NOT considered by eBay UK to be UK mainland for shipping include (but are not exclusively) Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Isle of Mann, Channel Islands, Gibraltar etc... Eire, Southern Ireland, R.O.I. is a separate country To UK and is treated as such for shipping

For orders sent outside the European Union, We are NOT responsible for any Import Taxes, Surcharges or Duty charges extra local delivery charges levied by or on behalf your Countries or delivery agents, the customer is wholly responsible for any charges that may be levied. We will NOT make false statements regarding value, condition or import type, any requests to do so will be ignored.

A none delivery claim can ONLY be submitted using Volksbits None delivery Declaration form (available to “cut & paste” from link on “About Me” page)

We do not offer or imply any guaranteed delivery times, days or dates on any service and therefore do not accept any loss or liability for orders delivered later than the customer expected, please bare this in mind BEFORE taking the day off work, waiting in all day or booking the car into the garage. We do however endeavour to get all parcels delivered as fast as circumstances allow.

We deliver to the address provided by the customer when placing the eBay order, we may ask for address verification if customer pays using credit or debit card by phone, this is for card verification ONLY the order will still go to the address supplied when placing the eBay order

The customer is wholly responsible the loss, delay or additional delivery costs that may be incurred due to incomplete or incorrect address.

RETURNS POLICY

Volksbits comply with legal requirements under both the Sale of Goods Act & the Distance Selling Regulations

Returning unwanted goods MUST be returned “AS NEW” “UNUSED” AND “UNFITTED” (i.e. in the condition you received them), with the ORIGINAL PACKAGING within 7 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly suggest you retain certificate of posting. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If an item is considered by the customer to be before fitting (due to materials or workmanship only) "faulty" or damaged upon receipt, please contact us and return it within 7 days of receipt. We strongly suggest you retain certificate of posting. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If an item is considered by the customer to be faulty (due to faulty materials or workmanship only) within the guarantee period please contact us for return advice, we will ALWAYS need to inspect the item and reserve the rite it seek the manufacturer or expert 3rd party inspection BEFORE any decision is made. Please contact the Volksbits BEFORE returning any item, We may issue a RMA number as part of the returns process.

We recommend a Certificate of Postage obtained and retained as proof of posting by customer, available free of charge from your Post Office, returns will NOT be processed until receipt and inspection.
