POSTING / SHIPPING
 
We endeavour to despatch all orders within 3 to 5 working days of receiving your order (cleared funds) but during busy times this may be extended.
All orders within the UK mainland is 3-5 working days, 
Please note that deliveries to N Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, The Highlands and Islands off Scotland can take longer to deliver.
All our shipping charges are for the United Kingdom / Northern Ireland only.

• All our products are posted using Royal Mail's First Class Recorded Delivery.
• All our items will have a tracking number, (supplied on request)
• We cannot be held responsible for any delays on deliveries which are due to the Post Office or any other courier.
• Please be assured if any of our items are declared lost by Royal Mail we will send a replacement or a refund as requested.(item only)
• Any items ordered, that are lost in the post due to "incorrect postal address" given on your Ebay/paypal postal address details will need to be reordered and paid for in full as this is down to the customer to ensure the correct address is given.
• No refunds what so ever, will be given on any sent orders that are lost in the post due to  "incorrect postal address" given on your Ebay/paypal postal address, details 
• The Royal Mail will not declare any items missing until after 15 working days,
• All our items are sent Recorded and will need a signature from yourself on arrival. If you are not in at the time of delivery the item will we held at your local sorting office for up to 7days. Failure to collect before the 7 days will result in the item being returned to us.
• The customer will be held responsible for the full cost of returning (ship/post) items back to you if any items are
              returned to us due to:- 
• A,  Incorrect postal address given.
• B,  Signature is not given on delivery
• C,  Failure to collect from your local sorting office before the item is returned to us  ( 7 days )
