Payment
From the UK:
I am happy to accept paypal, cheques, or bank transfers.
From the EU:
I can accept paypal of course. I can also accept cheques in Euros, but only if drawn on a French bank. I am also happy to accept bank transfers, either in Sterling or Euros.
Outside the EU:
I can only accept payment via paypal.
NB:
Please understand that I only post when in receipt of cleared funds....so if paying by cheque or bank transfer the funds will need to be showing as cleared in my account before the item may be posted.
Whilst prompt payment is always appreciated, I understand that this may not always be possible, and am always happy to be patient...though I would ask that you contact me to let me know your intentions.
Postage & Packing
UK items are posted first class, with signed for and recorded delivery options where appropriate. I always try to charge postage at actual cost (including packaging materials when necessary). If I significantly over-estimate posting charges, or am able to use recycled packaging, then I refund the difference via Paypal. International shipping is also charged at cost. All items are extremely carefully packaged, and sent as I would wish to receive them.
P&P discounts will always be given for multiple purchases that can be posted together. I post on a daily basis from Monday to Friday, so items bought before 3pm will be sent on the same day.
Customs/Import
International buyers, please note that payment of any customs/local import duty is entirely the responsibility of the buyer...any items posted overseas will be accurately described and valued on the customs documentation to ensure full insurance coverage in transit.. |
