Vic_Trading Terms of Sale & Warranty page
All Vic_Trading products have a 12 month warranty against manufacturing defects unless otherwise stated.

Any work carried out by an unauthorized repairer will result in the warranty being voided.  

If you have received a product which is faulty or damaged, please contact Vic_Trading immediately to organise return of your product.

Items will not be accepted unless you have contacted Vic_Trading beforehand. All returns must be made within 30 days from date of contact.

All items are to be returned in their original packaging. If you have received the wrong item it must be returned to us in new saleable condition.

All postage costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Postage costs are non refundable, regardless of the reason for return.

In the event of an unwanted item we may issue a refund. Refunds will only be issued once the item has been returned and shipping costs will not be refunded. All refunds will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Vic_Trading accepts no responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit without insurance.

Postage & Handling:

All items will be sent with ATL (AUTHORITY TO LEAVE), unless arranged with Vic_Trading. This means your items will not need to be signed for and left at your front door. If you do not wish for this please contact us and supply us with details where someone is able to sign for your items.

All Items must be shipped to a street address and cannot be shipped to a PO BOX

All purchases are final and no negotiation will be entered into regarding shipping costs. By bidding on our (Vic_Trading) items you are agreeing to these terms and conditions and fully understand and will abide by them. Vic_Trading can not be held responsible for any bidder that has not read and agreed to our terms as stated on our warranty terms & conditions page.

All goods are shipped by courier & in most cases are delivered in 1 - 2 business days. May be longer in remote areas. To ensure the safety and protection of your items it is advised you provide an address (Business or Home) where someone is available to take receipt of your goods.

Whilst the utmost care is taken with your items postal insurance is recommended as we cannot accept responsibility for uninsured items. Insurance can be purchased during checkout at a cost of $2.00AUD per $100.00AUD.

Pick up of items can be arranged from Werribee, Vic, by prior arrangement. Pick Up Cost is $1.00 For Each Item ,If you wish to do so, please notify us before checkout of your items.

Items will be dispatched within 24 hours of receiving payment. Please remember to include your EBAY USER ID OR ITEM NUMBER when  making payment.

If purchasing multiple items, combined postage can be arranged at a discounted rate. If you are wishing to do so please wait until you have finished bidding on all items as e-Bay will automatically calculate your postage including discounts.

Discount rates are calculated as follows:

Full postage price for first item, then less $4.00 off the postage price for each consecutive item.

Paypal (credit card via Paypal), & Cash on pick up only.

Final amounts include GST and a tax invoice can be issued upon request.

Contact is to be made within 3 days of auction ending and payment within 7 days unless by prior arrangement.
