Return/Refund
Policy 
We hope that you're pleased with your purchase from Viakeys; however we do
understand that occasionally, you may need to return goods to us for various
reasons. The first thing to do is to always contact us immediately. We will
endeavour to reach your satisfaction.
Viakeys
offers a 100% refund to customers who wish to return their item within seven
working days of receiving it. We will not deduct any postage costs or any
restocking fees we have incurred. However, the item will only be refunded under
the following conditions:
(a) The goods have not been in your possession for more than 7 working days
after the day on which you received the goods ('Working Day' means all days
other than Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). Since dispatch is for the
next working day, we will assume that the product has reached you the following
working day.
(b) The goods are unused and packaging is intact
(c) You tell us in writing via email or the online returns tool that you
wish to cancel your order. Thereafter follow the instructions given.
Upon
contacting us we will give clear instructions to customers on how to return an
item. Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 48 hours of receiving the
goods. Postage and packaging costs for returns lie upon the customer unless
stated otherwise or special arrangements are made. We can only refund or
replace items we actually receive. To guarantee receipt please return the
item(s) by a “signed for” service; this will provide you with a proof of
delivery.
Please note
that our Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights. You can get more
information about your statutory rights from Consumer Direct (www.consumerdirect.gov.uk). We
reserve the right to inspect the goods and verify any fault(s) and/or any
damage.

Warranty 
We strongly urge customers to read the product details thoroughly before
committing to buy. This will save them and us time and hassle due to
disappointment. We have two standard warranty types:
1. 28 Day
Warranty
2. 12 Month
Warranty
All our stock comes with a 28 day warranty unless otherwise stated in
the description.
Our 28 day
warranty covers manufacturing defects only. This excludes any damage caused by
the user. If a manufacturing fault arises within the first 28 days of purchase,
please contact us immediately and we will act accordingly. Please note, that
once a fault is approved by us, we will NOT refund the amount of the item,
however, send out a replacement.
Where an
item is eligible for a 12 month warranty, it will cover manufacturing defects
only. This warranty excludes any damage caused by the user. If your item develops
a fault due to a manufacturing defect during the first 12 months of purchase we
strongly recommend that you contact the manufacturer directly for a warranty
repair or replacement. This is often the quickest way to have a fault resolved.
Alternatively you can contact us directly and we will be more than happy to
assist.
Payment 
We accept the following payment types:
PayPal
This is the best method of payment for customers. Please use eBay’s checkout
facility and send payment to our PayPal account: ebay@viakeys.com. For more information about
the PayPal incentives for buying online, please visit the PayPal website.
Please note that paying by eCheque through PayPal can delay the shipment by up
to two weeks while payment clears through the PayPal system. Please consult the
PayPal website for further details about eCheques.
Credit/Debit Card
Once you have finished shopping from our eBay shop simply email us at ebay@viakeys.com with the following
information: eBay username, the invoice total, your telephone number and a
convenient time to call. We then call you at your preferred time and process
your credit card information securely.
Bank Transfer
Please contact us after you have made your purchase via email and we will
provide you with our bank details.
Postal Orders
We accept personal and business cheques alike. Please make your cheque or
Postal Order payable to Viakeys Ltd and send it to:

Please allow up to 5 working days for the cheque to clear. Goods will be
despatched upon clearance of funds via any payment method.
Shipping
Once payment is received, we will immediately process your order. All orders
are dispatched from our warehouse within a maximum of 1 working day. Once
dispatched, a confirmation email will be sent to you via eBay. Any tracking
information will also be sent if applicable. Delivery time and cost of shipment
various from one region to another. Please note that the cost of shipping
includes postage and packaging costs.
UK Delivery
Free next day delivery on all orders unless otherwise stated. Orders made
before 3pm, Monday to Friday are dispatched on the same day for next day
delivery via Royal Mail 1st class service.
Europe
We use 1st Class Royal Mail Airmail service to send to European states. Please
allow 2-5 working days to receive your goods
Worldwide
We use 1st
Class Royal Mail Airmail service to send goods worldwide. Please allow 3-10
working days to receive your goods.
Where an
item does not come with a tracking number, a certificate of postage is issued
as a proof of dispatch. Therefore, if for any reason you do not receive your
item please let us know with no delay. We will investigate the matter
immediately. Please note that we are not responsible for the logistics. We use
third party reputable companies for delivery and can only send replacement
items once these couriers confirm that the item is lost.
