order cancellations

You must email your name, address and product item number(s) within an hour of placing your order. Upon receipt of your email we will cancel the orde via eBay and reply to you via email confirming that your order has been cancelled.

RETURNING OR EXCHANGING AN ITEM

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your item, you have the right to return the item within 30 days of receiving it.

The item MUST be in its original condition for us to issue you with an suitable exchange or refund (minus the delivery charges).

When returning the item we will take no responsibility for any losses or damage so we recommend you pay for a recorded delivery with insurance for the total cost of the item. We also recommend that you send the item(s) back via recorded 1st class OR special delivery as we will need the item back within 30 days.

N.B. Please Remember to include a short note with your name, eBay ID and email address - so our shipping team know what the returned package is regarding.

i received a faulty ITEM
