We post all our items the same working day up until 3pm, after 3pm will be the next working day.
Working days are Monday to Friday
(Bank Holidays excluded).
You can tell when your item is dispatched as we send an e-mail to tell you.
In the event that your item goes missing, we reserve the right to wait 10 working days after the despatch date before taking any action, this will allow Royal Mail or our Courier time to resolve the issue. Once 15 working days have passed we will either refund or replace at our discretion.
