GUARANTEE

 All new parts come with a manufacturers guarantee, unless stated otherwise on the item description.

DELIVERY

We strive to get our orders delivered on a next day service, but at worst, your part should be with you within 3 working days (once payment has cleared, and excluding weekends & bank holidays). Please E-Mail us if you are at all worried about delivery. If the part is to be delivered outside of the UK please email us before bidding/purchase for a revised delivery quote. Sometimes parts do get damaged in transit PLEASE ENSURE YOU OPEN THE PARCEL AND CHECK THE PART IS IN GOOD CONDITION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, AS WE MUST BE NOTIFIED IF A PART IS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT WITHIN 24 HOURS OF CUSTOMER RECEIPT Please E-Mail us Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm for any incorrect parts delivered, shortages or postage delays and we will try to resolve your query to your satisfaction. If we send an incorrect part to you, we will refund the postal charges you incur to return the item - please return via Royal Mail, using second class signed for delivery. Please do E-Mail us if this happens, in order that we can arrange for the correct part to be sent to you with urgency.

PHYSICAL COLLECTION FROM OUR PREMISES

If you wish to physically collect from our premises, which are located at Unit 2, Parkway Avenue, City parkway, Sheffield, S9 4WA, Please advise us via E-Mail before doing so as the items can then be allocated.

BIDDING

 All bids on our items are legally binding, under the terms and conditions of EBay. We reserve the right to cancel auctions and file non-paying bidder alerts after 5 working days if there is no contact from the buyer, or if goods are not paid for in full within 7 working days and we believe the buyer has no intention of completing the transaction. It is the buyer's responsibility to honour any agreement to purchase and ensure that the correct payment reaches us in a timely manner. Payments that are delayed or lost in the post are not our responsibility. Please do not send cash payments unless adequately insured and you obtain proof of postage. We recommend using recorded delivery if cash payments are to be sent. If paying by cash, please send exact amount. We reserve the right to cancel auctions for items listed in error or that are no longer available - in such circumstances, we will Endeavour to provide you with a suitable alternative, or will issue a full refund if this is not possible

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We would really appreciate if you could E-Mail us as soon as you realise there is a problem, we are very approachable & want our customers to be happy & to shop with us again. We will try to help wherever possible. You can normally reach us Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm. Please ensure that we are made aware of the issue no later than 7 days after your receipt of the item. We would prefer you E-Mail us (as this is the quickest route to resolving any issues) Please be aware that any parts returned under guarantee will not be exchanged/refunded if found to be tampered with or stripped. If a part is reported to be faulty or broken, we will issue a refund or replacement once we have received the old unit back and tested it. If a part number is supplied by the customer and is found to be the incorrect part number, postage will be charged again for return part to be dispatched (we will need to receive the old unit back). If a part is ordered incorrectly, the item can be returned for a refund, less postage costs. However, it MUST be returned within 7 days of buyer receipt of item, and must be in its original condition. Please notify us within 24 hours of receipt if the item has been damaged in transit.
