Frequently asked questions - FAQ

1. What is your required payment methods?  

We only accept PayPal for international buyers; but in Australia and New Zealand, bank transfer is also accepted.

2. How to determine a women's shoe size? 

Our shoes sizes are based on European sized, and converted approximately in to Australian, US & UK specification.

An easy way to measure your size:

  1. Prepare a ruler, a pen and a piece of paper.

  2. Place the paper on the ground and stand on it with weight slightly forward to make sure your foot is flat.

  3. Draw a line behind your heel and another line in front of your longest toe. It's common to have one foot longer than the other, so please use the longer foot to measure.

  4. Measure the distance between lines in inches or centimeters.

  5. Refer to the size conversion chart to figure out the best fit. Round up if your size falls in between.

3. Do you have these shoes in size 3 / 9? 

We carry size US 4 - 8 / AU 4 - 8/ EU 35 - 39. Smaller or larger size is not available. * unless stated otherwise.

4. I saw an item, but now it has disappeared. Why? 

Item quantities are limited and are ended from the site when they are sold out, or no longer available for purchase. If you really like it and want to buy, please contact us for assistance.

5. When can I expect my order to arrive? 

We will dispatch your item with the stated handling time which is mentioned on shipping description of the listings, upon receipt of cleared PayPal payment. Shipping time of normal postal service to major countries is about 10 - 24 working days depending on your local postal service and customs clearance.

6. How can I receive the item on or before the estimated date? 

If you need the item urgently or don't want to wait for a regular airmail delivery, we can provide expedited mail with EXTRA POSTAGE from EMS Speedpost, DHL, UPS and FedEx, etc., which takes 1 - 5 working days for delivery depending on your location. If you need this service, please email us at: sales@valuezity.com with your full shipping address. We can assist you to obtain the estimated delivery time and extra postage with Express shipping service providers.

7. How do I return the item for exchange or refund? 

If you are not satisfied with the item, please contact us first for settlement. We can offer exchange or refund according to our Return Policy. Please keep in mind that the item should be returned in its original packaging and unworn condition within 30 days from purchasing date.

If the item you receive was broken, kindly assist to take photos from the item and send to our email at: jmchkg@gmail.com for our reference.

8. Should I pay for the return shipping? 

Please keep in mind that buyers are responsible for the return postage, unless the item is defective or wrong item was shipped.

9. Will I be charged import customs duties? 

Customs duties are not included in the item price or shipping charge. Once an import customs duty arise, it's buyers' liability to cover it. We suggest you to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order.

10. I have bought two pairs of shoes by mistake, can you help me to cancel one of them? 

In the case of buying two same items at the same time by mistake, please contact us at: jmchkg@gmail.com we will arrange the order cancellation for your through eBay immediately.

11. I haven't received my item after a month, why?

It seems the postal delay or mail lost. We strive to offer our best service for customers, so please don't worry and do contact us at: jmchkg@gmail.com first for settlement. We can either send you a replacement or refund.

12. Is it available to send the item to my another address?

By default we send the items to buyers' PayPal address. If you want to change the delivery address, please contact us with the new shipping address at jmchkg@gmail.com before confirming your order, or immediately after your order confirmed; otherwise, your items will be sent out within the stated handling time which is mentioned on shipping description.

13. I like these shoes and want to buy it, but my purchase was refused, why?

In case you cannot buy our products, it maybe the system error or other reasons such as you have unpaid strike with eBay in past. Please contact us and we shall help you to resolve the issue. 

14. I check the status of my order and it said it was cancelled? Why?

Once you have paid for the items, your order is confirmed unless you contact us to cancel it. So don't worry! Firstly please try to clear your cookies from your browser and sign in the eBay again. If this message still exists, please contact us for assistant.
