 | A: Unfortunately not I'm afraid, due to the prohibitive shipping costs of our courier we are only able to ship to UK mainland addresses at this time. |
 | Q: Do you offer combined postage? |

 | A: Yes, we have a combined standard postage cost of £5.00 for all orders (UK mainland only) or £7.85 per order if you select the next working day delivery option. Postage discounts for multiple purchases will be taken off automatically at checkout, please pay for all of the items together rather than separately in order for the postage to combine. |
 | Q: What are your despatch and delivery times? |

 | A: Standard Postage (£5.00) We usually allow two working days for despatch once payment has been received and a further two working days for delivery.
Next Working Day (£7.85): We will despatch your order on the day we receive it if payment received before 11am Monday - Friday for next working day delivery.

 | Q: Who is your courier? |

 | A: Our courier is DHL and we have a 48 hour delivery service with them (Please allow an additional two working days for despatch) for the standard postage and 24 hour courier service with DHL if you select the next working day delivery option. |
 | Q: I live locally, please can I collect in person? |
 |
 | A: Unfortunately not, only our office is based in Chorley and all of our stock is held in a central warehouse and therefore collection is not an option I'm afraid. |
 | Q: How do I pay for my purchase? |

 | A: We currently only accept Paypal payments at this time so please make sure you have a Paypal account before ordering. |
 | Q: What is your returns policy? |
 |
 | A: If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, goods may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Goods must be returned to us undamaged and in original packaging in a re-saleable condition. Upon receipt of the goods, a refund will be given for the item(s) only (not the postage costs) unless agreed otherwise with Value Interiors Limited. |

 | Q: What size curtains should I choose for my window? |

 | A: The measurement shown is per curtain panel when laid flat,
however we usually suggest buying the same/similar width curtains as the width of your curtain pole/track in order to allow for a full gathering of the curtains when they are closed. (e.g if your curtain pole/track measures 66" we would suggest purchasing a pair of 66" width curtains). |
