DELIVERY INFORMATION

UK Mainland Standard Delivery: We aim to deliver all orders within 4 working days after you have placed your order (2 working days for despatch and a further 48 hours for delivery) Excludes Bank Holidays. The cost of UK mainland standard delivery is £5.00 per order.

UK Mainland Next Day Delivery: We also offer a Next Day 24 hour courier service for a flat rate postage cost of £7.85 (UK Mainland only). To qualify for next day delivery orders must be placed by 11:00 am Monday - Friday. Orders placed by this time will qualify for next day delivery and will be despatched the same day for delivery the following working day (excludes bank holidays). Orders placed for Next Day delivery after 11:00 am will be despatched the following day for delivery two working days after the order is placed.

Our service is with DPD who deliver between the hours of 7:30am and 9pm to offer greater flexibility for you, however should you not be in when DPD arrive to deliver your parcel and if it can't be left with a neighbour, then they will leave a card for you to contact them and arrange a redelivery or collection. DPD will hold the parcel for 14 days, after the 14 days has elapsed they will return the parcel to us as undelivered. Items requiring re-despatch will be subject to an additional delivery charge. All orders require a signature upon delivery.

Please wait 5 working days after placing your order before contacting us regarding the delivery status of your parcel as occasionally slight delays do occur. If your order has still not arrived after 5 working days please contact us at contact@valueinteriors.co.uk giving us your ebay username, details of your order and details of the problem. We will respond to you as soon as possible.

Unfortunately we will have to reject orders which are placed for delivery to other non UK Mainland addresses due to additional costs incurred from our courier, including the Scottish Isles, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
