TERMS and CONDITIONS
EMAIL COMMUNICATION: VERY VERY IMPORTANT!!! I ALWAYS Personally answer each and every email usually within a few hours...just about always in the same day. IF YOU DO NOT GET A RESPONSE check your email bulk/Spam folder or settings my responses may be blocked by your email settings.
SHIPPING: I ship Monday-Friday (occasionally also Sat.) Most orders are shipped out within 2-3 days of CLEARED payment, sometimes a little faster, occasionally on larger orders a little longer. I ALWAYS send an email to your paypal email address with the shipping details when the item is packed!!
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages: Damaged packages must be reported to me within 48 hours of delivery. I use delivery confirmation on all packages and insure most larger packages as NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE TO YOU. Lost or stolen packages that are scanned delivered by the post office I will not be held liable for.
Returns: Due to the nature of these products there is no returns or exchanges.
Allergic reactions: My products are made with fresh quality ingredients. HOWEVER, everyone's skin is differently and it can not be predicted if a reaction may occur. I will not be held liable for any allergic reaction/medical condition from my products. If you have sensative skin avoid spicy scents. If irritation does occur, please discontinue use and contact your physician.
Lotions: Fragrances containing vanilla can turn the cream/lotion to a light pink/brown....This is NOT harmful. There are chemicals I could use to prevent this natural reaction but I choose to not load up my creams and lotions with chemicals that are unneeded.
DESIGNER TYPE SCENTS: Dupes are like that particular brand and are not always exact. Due to strict trademark policies I renamed many designer like perfume oils. |
