Payment
If you wish to pay with Paypal send the payment to sales@vacland.com.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept Money Orders and certified check. If you choose to pay by credit/debit card, call our toll free phone number 1-800-822-2897 with the auction number. All payments must be received within 10 days of the auction's end. If items are shipped in Ohio, 7% sales tax will be added to your order.
Shipping
All items are shipped United Parcel Service (UPS). You pay the actual shipping costs. Every auction should have the UPS shipping calculator in them. If not email us with your zipcode for an exact cost. All items include insurance. In stock items are shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment, Monday through Friday. Please check to make sure we have the item in stock. We sell the goods in our Ebay store through our retail store also. So sometimes the items in our Ebay store aren't in stock. Some vendors take one to two weeks or longer to ship the goods to us. Buyer pays the UPS shipping charges, unless auction states otherwise. Shipping charges on vacuums usually cost $5.50 to $15.00 to the continental 48 states. You may email us for exact costs.
We ship to Canada also using UPS. Email us for shipping charges.
We also ship to Alaska and Hawaii. Items are sent through the United States Postal Service. Buyer pays shipping costs, on ALL auctions, no exceptions.
Returns
All returns must be received within 15 days of receiving the item(s). All returns must be in brand new condition. If you run the vacuum cleaner or equipment on a floor, it is considered used, and unable to be returned. Buyer pays shipping costs to return any merchandise. Buyer assumes responsibility of returning the merchandise, so we highly recommend insuring your package.
Warranty
All products come with the manufacturers' warranty. We are Factory Authorized to service Dyson, Miele, Eureka/Sanitaire, Hoover, Bissell, Royal, and Dirt Devil. It is best to call the phone number in your owner's manual for the closest service center. If you want to send the equipment back to us for warranty repair, you may do so. Buyer is responsible for shipping the equipment to us. We repair the vacuum, and send it back to you at no charge. Please read your owner's manual before sending the equipment to us, some items like belts, bags, and filters are not covered until warranty. If these items need to be replaced we will contact you before replacing them. |
