| A:Shipping is always combined and if you are buying a number of items please contact us prior to purchase to ask for consolidated shipping costs. We are always pleased for customers to collect from our warehouse by appointment. |

| A:This is shown in the listing. All shipments are insured, but please ensure that you sign for your goods unexamined and you must report any damage to use within 24hrs. |

| A:We now ship throughout Europe, if you wish to purchase from us and you live outside mainland UK, please contact us for a transport cost to your country. We will always try to obtain the best possible rates. |

| A:We stock spare parts for all of our units. We have parts in stock for units sold over 2 years ago. Parts are supplied at very low cost, as we would love to make some space in our store. We old tend to sell remote controls that either get lost or become a plaything for the family canine. |

| A:we are registered for VAT GB842 917216. We do not include VAT in our prices as many of our sales are to business customers and this allows them to compare prices easily |
