This website is published for the benefit of buyers and prospective buyers of our items.
We strive to ensure that the information on this Web Site is accurate and helpful at
all times.

We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions at any time.
Any such change in terms and conditions will be effective once published.
You should check the terms and conditions regularly to make sure that you are aware of and complying with
the latest version.

Business Terms
Prices stated may, or may not, be exclusive of delivery charges .
Payment accepted by Paypal only.  The address must be confirmed, if not we may require you to provide additional verification of address before we ship your purchase. This is for your protect as well as ours.

Goods are NOT sold on a trial basis and can only be returned if faulty or damaged in transit. All goods remain the property of VR3 Virtual Reality Sound labs Inc hereafter referred to as VR3VR3 until paid for in full.

RMA (Return Material Authorization)

Please check all connections, wiring, formatting, etc. upon receipt of your item.  Please refer to the handbook for accurate instructions and make every effort to ensure that the unit is faulty before returning it.

Your RMA (Return Materials Authorization) is only valid if returned within 30 days of being issued. A copy of our email containing the RMA Number must support any claims and the exterior of the package must be clearly labelled with the RMA Number. VR3 is not responsible for damage caused in return transit, unless collected by us.

Cancellation and returns
You can cancel your contract at any time up to 14 days after delivery. To do this, please write via the Royal Post so we receive within those 14 days.
You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve our services to customers in the future.
If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are in 100% new condition and sent back with  full insurance and tracking, we also recommend you package the goods properly to protect against damage.
If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights — for example, if goods are faulty or mis-described

D.O.A or faulty within 28 days
(Dead on Arrival)
If an item is sent out and is damaged in transit or when used does not fulfil the advertised functions or is defective, please write via the Royal Post so we receive within those 28 days.. We will either collect the unit and replace it or ask you to send to unit in and return postage will be repaid
A valid RMA must accompany the returning item

Warranty claims 29 – 180 days
If an item has a fault after 28 days, then the unit must be returned to us with a valid RMA number, the item will be assessed and checked.  If found faulty, a repaired / replacement unit will be sent or a refund (refund value will be determined on the age of the item and the condition).                     Postage to return items to us is not refundable

Warranty claim 181 – 365 days
If an item is defective after 181 days, then the unit must be returned to us with a valid RMA number.  Return postage is not refundable and the unit will either be repaired or replaced.

If a replacement for the original item is not available, an alternative item will be offered or a refund will be issued, at the sole discretion of VR3.
Any item that is returned claiming a fault and is found to have no fault will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.  An administration charge (25%) will also be applied for any items returned under false pretences or without a valid RMA number

Delivery Information
All orders received by 10.00 am will be dispatched same working day per the delivery method you selected.  The Parcel Force 24hr service is a guaranteed next working day service providing there is someone to sign for and receive the item.
Royal Mail Recorded delivery service is not guaranteed next day, but does require a signature for delivery. VR3 accepts no responsibility for any delays within Parcel Force or the Royal Mail service.

Privacy Policy
VR3 respects your right to privacy. Any personal details received via our website
will ONLY be used lawfully by VR3.  VR3 does not sell or otherwise give
away your private information to any third party. The details provided may be used periodically
to update you with details of our products, offers, and services.
