Returns Policy

In order to maintain our low item costs and handling charges, we operate a simple returns policy.

We don't accept exchanges for other sizes or listed items.

We do however, give a refund, as per below, for any items which are returned.


Please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact us via eBay first!

    2. Failure to contact us prior to returning an item will delay the process and ultimately any refund which is due.

    Note: You must notify us within 7 working days of receipt of the item if you wish to return the item.

  2. Fill out a "Return this Item" form under your eBay account

    3. This protects the buyer, and allows us to recover our listing fees on the returned item.

  3. Wait for our formal response to accept the return, and return the item to the address stated in the email

    4. All Items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached and in original packaging; not smelling of tobacco smoke, pets, perfume, cooking etc. The item must be in a re-sellable condition.

    NOTE: The original invoice, or eBay item number, must be enclosed, as without this, we are unable to process the refund!

    The item must be returned within 7 working days of receipt of this email confirmation.

  4. The item must be returned to the stated address

    5. The buyer is liable for all return postage costs.

    NOTE: You are advised to obtain proof of postage and/or recorded delivery receipt, just in case item is mislaid in the postal system and a claim needs to be made.

  5. Upon receipt of returned item, we shall refund the full eBay item cost and postage (if applicable) and process the refund within one working day.

    6. An email from PayPal will be sent confirming the refund.

    Note: All refunds will be to the original item winners PayPal account, no other means of refund will be entertained. This protects both the buyer and seller from fraudulent activities. Return postage costs are non-refundable.

  6. All returned items must be in a re-sellable condition; as per point-3 above. Else an additional charge of 15% of the item cost will be deducted from the refunded amount; this is to cover any handling, cleaning and/or repair of the item to make it fit for re-sale.
