Buyers note that when making a purchases for multiple items the postage discount may not show up automatically. If it doesn't you may need us to manually send the correct revised invoice. All invoices will be sent ASAP but please allow upto 48 hours and sometimes longer during weekends and public holidays.

Packaging
All items are sent in proper protective packaging to reduce damage in transit. We use cardboard stiffeners in our record mailers. CDs are sent in padded jiffy bags. All items are marked as fragile.

Obviously shipping times can vary during busy periods like Xmas/Bank holidays,extreme weather conditions and during Royal Mail strike action so your patience n these circumstances is greatly appreciated.
Please note if you’ve paid by cheque there could be a delay in shipping as we normally wait until funds clear before dispatching goods, for that reason if you want your goods fast then send payment via paypal or uncrossed postal order. Likewise e-cheques may also cause a delay in dispatch.

I think you will find our delivery costs very reasonable and competitive with the other sellers here on Ebay.The very nature of vinyl records in particular is to be heavy. Our rates reflect the actual cost of delivery + packing materials and other expenses.In many cases such as when we combine shipping, we actually absorb some of the shipping charges ourself in an attempt to offer better rates to our customers.
