You must contact us in advance for a return authorization.
Returns should be made within a reasonable time (usually 14 days).
To return products, please ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged and sealed and in original, undamaged packaging.
We advise that customers use a recognised reputable delivery service to return the goods, also please include the purchase details with the return such as order reference and reason for return.
