When will my item be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch all items within 24 hours of receiving cleared
payment from Monday to Saturday. You will receive an email
confirmation once your item has been dispatched.

We aim to dispatch all items within 24 hours of receiving cleared
payment from Monday to Saturday. You will receive an email
confirmation once your item has been dispatched. Delivery is usually
within 2-5 working days (99% of the time), however on very rare cases
please allow up to 15 working days for UK orders to arrive.
International orders usually arrive within 5-14 days (99% of the time)
but in very rare cases please allow up to 20 days for European
Destinations and 25 working days Rest of the World. These are Royal
Mail's constraints not ours and ALL UK sellers are subjected to these
and governed by these regulations as Royal Mail do not consider a
parcel as lost until the number of days stated have lapsed. We would
rather be honest and tell you upfront. If after this time your order
has still not arrived please contact us and we will deal with Royal
Mail for claims.
You will not be left out of pocket, we assure you.
Can I have a tracking number?
If you require a tracking number for your order please make sure that
you purchase a recorded or signed for service. For orders within the
UK, we can upgrade your shipping to Recorded/Tracked service for an
extra fee. For International orders we recommend that you purchase the
Royal Mail International Signed For delivery option if you require a
tracking number.
Items sent via Standard service or Air Mail cannot unfortunately be
tracked.
Do you combine shipping?
Yes we do, the more you buy the more you save (excluding Free Shipping
items). Please note once a payment is made we can not amend the total.
We therefore ask that you request a total once you have finished
shopping with us and before making your payment. We will then be able
to combine your orders into one invoice with discounted shipping.
What do I do if my item is received damaged?
Any damages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the item.
Full reimbursement will be made if the item is damaged during transit.
Please contact us directly to arrange a refund or replacement.
Evidence of damage will be required in order for us to proceed with
your claim, however you may not need to return the item.
What if I have received the wrong order?
Please contact us at your earliest convenience and a member of the
customer service team will promptly respond back within 24 hours. We
will either arrange a replacement item or refund to be sent.
What happens if I purchase an item which is out of stock?
We work very hard to ensure that this does not happen, however on very
rare occasions errors are possible. If this does happen then we will
inform you ASAP and issue you a full refund and a further incentive to
buy from us again.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most parts of the world. We also combine orders for
discounted shipping so please request a total once you have finished
shopping. We recommend that you purchase Royal Mail International
Signed For delivery if you require a tracking number. Items sent via
Standard Air Mail cannot be tracked unfortunately. Buyers are
responsible for any charges imposed by Customs in their country. All
parcels will be correctly marked by us for Customs.
How do I return an item?
This is very simple. Please refer to the Returns Policy section and
follow the instructions in order to return an item. Items returned
without prior contact will not be processed.
Can you send my item to another address?
We can only dispatch items to the address you select as your shipping
address upon checkout. If you would like you item sent to an
alternative address you will need to add the additional address to
your eBay account before making the purchase. Once the order has been
placed we cannot manually change the address unfortunately.
What payment methods do you accept?
Our preferred method of payment is PayPal however we do also accept
Bank Transfers from UK customers only. For International orders we
only accept PayPal. Please refer to the Payments section for more
information.
Do all of your prices include VAT?
Yes, all prices are inclusive of VAT. You will also receive a VAT
receipt with your order.
My item arrived too late, can I return it?
We are sorry that your item did not reach you in time. Please note,
after we have dispatched your item the actual delivery of the items is
not in our control. The delivery of the items is down to Royal Mail so
we cannot guarantee the date of the delivery unless you pay for a Next
Day delivery. If you no longer require the item please contact us so
that we can arrange a return for a full refund. Please be advised the
buyer is responsible for all return postage costs.
Can I collect my item?
Unfortunately we do not offer a collection service as our business in
entirely based from our warehouse, and we do not have the facilities
in place to allow for collections.
Wholesale Job Lots
If we are selling an item which states 'colours may vary' or 'assorted
colours' (or anything similar) we cannot specify which colour you will
receive. Please read the item description carefully or contact us if
you require clarification or any further details.
