UK mainland post
Most of our items (unless indicated) are sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Tracking numbers for your order are submitted once your order has been dispatched, and should be visible inside your purchase history within Ebay. We only post Monday to Friday, so all orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

Please allow 2 - 7 working days (not including Saturday and Sunday) for delivery

Next-day delivery
All orders requiring next-day Special Delivery must be placed before 2pm. We can not send post on a Sunday, so next-day delivery is not available for the Monday.  

International post
All International orders are posted via Royal Mail International - Recorded Signed For. It is the customer’s responsibility to check whether products are allowed into his/her country as we will not be held responsible for items withheld by customs. All international orders are subject to the stated postage costs.

FOR TRACKING INFORMATION, PLEASE REFER BACK TO YOUR PURCHASE HISTORY IN EBAY AND IT WILL BE DISPLAYED THERE (ONCE WE HAVE POSTED YOUR ITEM

Please note: if delivery has been attempted to your stated address unsuccessfully and a card for collection is left (they are usually red in colour), you can arrange re-delivery by Royal Mail or collection in person from your local depot. (This applies to all items sent by Recorded Delivery, any queries please contact Royal Mail on 08457 740 740). 

If delivery has been attempted to your stated address unsuccessfully and a card for collection is left, but you do not make any arrangements for re-delivery or collection from your local postal depot within 7 days of the first delivery attempt, the item is usually returned to us. We must state that it is YOUR responsibility to collect your items once a delivery attempt has been made, as at this point we have completed our obligation and service to you. If your order has come back to us and you then wish for us to post it out again, an admin fee of £2.50 is chargeable, plus the original postage fee paid the first time. Alternatively if you wish for a refund, we will issue this MINUS the postage fee paid by us to send the order in the first place, once the order has been safely returned to us. SO PLEASE MAKE SURE SOMEONE IS IN TO RECEIVE YOUR DELIVERY OR COLLECT IT FROM YOUR POSTAL DEPOT. 

Non - U.K mainland is classed as International.
