Delivery

Items are usually despatched within 1 working day of payment. Some items may require a signature for delivery, so please ensure somebody is present at the address to accept delivery.

Free UK Delivery on orders over £50 - Why pay lots of different sellers several postage charges?

Get free delivery by shopping with us. To qualify, please choose your items from our shop with Buy It Now, and if the total is over £50, delivery is free to UK addresses.

If you're outside the UK, please contact us for a combined shipping invoice to save you money.

Approximate Delivery Times

• UK First Class: 1-5 working days
• EU Countries: 3-14 days (please allow up to 28 days)
• Americas, Oceania, Asia: 5-21 days (please allow up to 28 days)

Christmas Shipping Deadlines

UK Customers

Please note there can be postal delays during the run up to Christmas Day, so please order on or before 19th December, 10pm to receive your item before Christmas Day, to avoid disappointment.

Note these are recommendations provided by Royal Mail and do not guarantee delivery in time for Christmas.
For total guarantee we recommend choosing Special Delivery at the checkout

If you choose Special Delivery, please order before 21st December, 10pm, for delivery before Christmas Day.

International (Non-UK) Customers

These are the final dates you should order from us to get them before Christmas Day.

• Asia, New Zealand, Australia: 4th December 11.59 pm
• Other countries, including USA and Canada : 8th December 11.59 pm

About Payments

UK customers can pay using Paypal, bank transfer, cheque or postal order.
- Please make mailed payments to 'Retro Lounge' and allow 5 working days for cheques to clear.

Non UK customers can pay using Paypal or bank transfer in UK £ Sterling. Bank details available on request.

Returns Policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if something goes wrong, please let us know by emailing us via eBay messages.

Faulty or defective items can be returned for a replacement or refund, plus a reimbursement of your postage costs. Always obtain a proof of posting certificate from the Post Office counter.

You also have a right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt even if your item is not faulty, if you have not used the item and have all packaging. In these instances we cannot reimburse the cost of returning the item back to us. This does not affect your statutory rights.
