We only sell Brand New LEGO. This means each part was pulled from a Brand New LEGO set and bagged for sale.

All questions via email will be answered within 24 hrs most likely sooner. All orders are processed as soon as payment is made. We process and ship most orders the next day after payment is made, some orders even ship same day. If there is ever an issue with your order, please contact us immediately so we may rectify any issue that you may have.
