When payment, only Paypal accepted, of your purchased item is received your item will be dispatched on the closest collection by Royal Mail. We have five collections each week every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (except Bank Holidays) at 4pm with orders processed at 3pm at the latest on each collection day. Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm where questions/emails are answered as soon as possible. Our Ebay shop is open 24hrs 7days per week and all weekend purchases/questions/emails are dealt with as soon as possible on the following Monday (Tuesday if it follows a Bank Holiday).
