If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase please notify us and simply return the item and packaging in the new and unworn condition supplied within seven working days of receipt. We are sorry but you will be required to pay for the return postage unless something is faulty or the wrong goods were sent. We endeavour to process returns as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 14 days for a refund to be processed.

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days of receiving your payment. Our Royal Mail collection days are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. All our parcels are sent First Class delivery, except large or heavy items which will be sent via Courier and will require a signature upon delivery. For deliveries to UK Mainland please allow up to 5 working days. For deliveries to Europe and Rest of world please allow up to 10 working days.
