Delivery is available throughout the MAINLAND ENGLAND AND WALES

The Courier Companies will deliver during the working day, should you not be at home on the day of delivery, you can rearrange the day direct with the Chosen Courier Company, as they will leave their details for you, to rearrange.

We are not able to state an exact day for your delivery, but we will inform you when the parcel has been collected so you will have an estimated date of delivery.

We would be able to arrange delivery to other addresses, if this is more conivient for you, please contact us to arrange this.

Larger items delivery is made using a furniture delivery company, this service is door to door delivery, should you wish for the furniture to placed in the room of your choice or assembly if required, additional charges will occur, please contact us before ordering if you would like this service.

The furniture delivery company would then contact you direct to arrange delivery, giving you an accurate date and time.

Upon receiving your furniture, please sign any paperwork as 'goods unchecked'.

Please check your furniture throughly within 24 hours of delivery, any damage must be reported via email within the 24 hours timescale, or replacements will not be sent.

Order Timescales & Availability

All products are subject to availability. Accessories are usually dispatched with 48 working hours.

For Furniture orders, Within 7 days of placing your order, you will be informed via email, the estimated delivery date. We will inform you as soon as possible should an item be out of stock, in this case you would be offered a full refund if you rather not wait for the item to become available.

Orders will be dispatched as soon as possible, usually WITHIN 28 WORKING DAYS, however in some circumstances you should allow up to 35 working days, of which you would be informed of.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS DELIVERY CHARGE APPLIES ONLY TO MAINLAND UK, SCOTLAND, NORTHERN IRELAND, SOUTHERN IRELAND, SOUTH EAST COAST AND OTHER REMOTE AREAS WOULD BE SUBJECT TO ADDITONAL DELIVERY CHARGES-PLEASE CHECK BEFORE ORDERING.

We reserve the right to refund you and cancel your order should you proceed without consulting us regarding additional delivery charges applicable.

We are able to ship to Europe also, please contact us with the item details and your full address, so that we are able to quote you the correct postage costs.

IMPORTANT - larger items cost more to ship outside the mainland area of the UK
