Do you offer combined postage discounts?

How long does delivery take?
We endeavour to dispatch orders received by 12 Midday on the same day Mon-Fri, or next working day. If we are unable to dispatch your order within 2 working days for any reason we will contact you to let you know.
If you select the next day delivery option and order before 12 Midday you will receive your order next working day (UK orders only).

I still haven’t received my order; it should have arrived by now
We dispatch orders completed by 12 Midday on the same day Mon-Fri, or next working day.
Most orders are sent with Royal Mail 1st class post and delivery usually takes 2-3 working days (we advise buyers to allow up to 5 working days for delivery in case of delays with Royal mail post). If it has been more than 5 working days please contact us and we will send you a tracking number and endeavour to locate the whereabouts of the package.
If the package is lost, we will proceed with getting compensation from Royal Mail/Courier Company used, and we will send you a replacement or issue you a full refund.
Please note: Delays with delivery is usually not due to our dispatch time as we always endeavour to dispatch orders promptly.
Where is my item? Has it been dispatched yet?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal and all major credit/debit cards via our secure server.
We accept PayPal payments via our secure checkout system. We will only dispatch orders to the PayPal account holders registered address.
Unfortunately due to long processing times and fraud we do not accept cheques or bankers draft payments.
Can I pay by bank transfer?
We are currently unable to accept direct bank transfer payments. We accept payments with most major credit or debit cards via our secure online checkout system. You can make payment on our website or via telephone by calling 0845 862 1478. We will only dispatch orders to the card holders registered address.
I have made PayPal payments but have not received the item(s) or order dispatched notification
If you have just set up a PayPal account, are not yet verified by PayPal, or do not have funds in your PayPal account (PayPal take payments from your register bank account/Card) then the payment may be sent by PayPal eCheque which takes 7-10 days to clear (payment appears as pending until it clears). We will send a payment received notification email and will dispatch the order once the payment clears. Details including estimated clearing date if sent by PayPal eCheque will be shown on the payment transaction page in your PayPal account.
Can I get a discount on stated buy now prices?
We are unable to offer discounts and change prices for individual items, but we do however have combined postage discounts for multiply quantity orders.

I was outbid on an item – do you restock items?
We update our stock regularly and also re-stock existing popular styles. We currently don't have the facility to pre-order but please add us to your favourite sellers to receive stock updates.

Can I exchange an item for another style or size?
We have a 7 days returns policy and you may return an item for an alternative style/size (we treat each sale as a separate transaction so you will be given a refund and may re-order required replacement item or size).
If you wish to return an item please open an eBay return request to confirm that you will be returning an item(s) and would like to be refunded. Return requests need to be filled for ALL eBay returns and once sent we will reply and confirm the return within 1 working day. We advise that all returns are sent with a recorded insured postal service.
The return request section can be found on drop down menu on the transaction page (Go to your ‘My eBay’ then ‘Buy - Won/Purchased’ then find the transaction, then click drop down menu ‘more actions’ to the right, then click ‘Return this item’). Return request also confirms with eBay that we will be cancelling the transaction.

I have received a wrong item/size and would like to return it for the one ordered
Please accept our apologies if we made an error in sending you a wrong item or size.
You may return for an exchange for the correct item/size. We will also refund the return postage cost (please return with Royal Mail 1st class recorded if possible).

I have received a faulty item; how do I exchange?
Please accept our apologies if you received a faulty item. We do our best to inspect goods prior to sending and send items in perfect condition, but occasionally there may be manufacture or other faults that we are unaware of prior to sending goods.

Can I return an item for a refund if it’s not suitable?

The item I returned has been lost in the post
Sorry to hear that the item got lost in the post. If the package was lost by Royal Mail or another postal service, you will be able to claim compensation of the value of the item if sent with recorded insured post. Please contact the appropriate postal company for advice and compensation claims form. We advise that all returns are sent with a recorded insured postal service as we cannot be held responsible for returned items lost in transit.
I have not yet received a refund for item I returned
If you have not received an email from us confirmation that the item has been received back then it may be delayed or lost in transit. Please check tracking of the returned item (we advise that all returns are sent with a recorded insured postal service).
We send refunds via the original payment source. We refund all payments within 2 working days of receipt but Credit/Debit card payment refunds may take 5-10 working days to show in your bank account. PayPal refunds should be visible in the original transaction page.
If you have received an email confirmation and cannot see refund confirmation of your PayPal payment within 2 working days please contact us.
How do I open an eBay return request?
The eBay return request section can be found on drop down menu on the transaction page (Go to your ‘My eBay’ then ‘Buy - Won/Purchased’ then find the transaction, then click drop down menu ‘more actions’ to the right, then click ‘Return this item’).
I cannot see the refund in my PayPal account
We send refunds via the original payment source. PayPal refunds are sent via PayPal as a REFUND of original PayPal payment received. Please note that if you made PayPal payment via your credit/debit card PayPal may have returned the refund to the original source (your credit/debit card), and it may take several days before it is credited back.
Please log into your PayPal account and go to the TRANSACTION PAGE FOR ORIGINAL PAYMENT you sent - it should show details of the refund (sometimes PayPal don't send an email notification for refunds, but it can be viewed in your PayPal account).
Please check PayPal account to confirm receipt of the refund. Any problems please contact us.
WHOLESALE
Do you wholesale?
We are able to wholesale some items that we stock. Please contact us with your specific requirements including details of items you wish to order, required quantity and where you will be re-selling the items.
OTHER
Do you have a shop?
We currently don't have retail premises and only sell online at the moment.
I am an international buyer – will I be charged customs and import fees?
There are NO customs/Import charges for goods sent to and from EU member states. No customs declaration is needed and you will NOT be charged any import fees.
If you live outside the EU you may be charged customs/Import fees depending on the value of your order and import rules in your country. Usually there are no import fees for imports under 30gbp however please check import rules and thresholds in your country for confirmation. Buyers are responsible for any import fees charged.
