We aim to diapatch all items within 3 - 5 working days, so please allow 5 - 7 working days for actual delivery.

Shipping is sometimes by courier depending on the size of the parcel and may need to be signed for. Our shipping prices are for mainland UK only and do not include Highlands & Island. Please contact us for a delivery quote for these.

In the highly unlikely event of any items being out of stock you will be notified and delivery may take up to 10 days.

We obtain Proof of Postage on all of our items sent, which can be provided if items are lost in the post.

We offer a 7 day returns policy - if you are not 100% happy with your purchase you may return it in its original condition for an exchange or full refund.

Unfortunately we cannot refund return postage costs on items that are not faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Goods
We check all of our items before they are dispatched to ensure everything is in perfect condition. In the unlikely event of receiving something faulty or damaged please contact us within 48 hours to arrange a course of action.
