PRODUCT INFORMATION:
All designs are screenprinted on 100% Cotton "Industry Standard" t-shirts...
even so, it's always a good idea to double-check your size to avoid costly exchanges.
Simply measure your favorite shirt in the closet as shown on the size chart, then compare the numbers for a perfect fit!

MENS T-SHIRTS are available in sizes larger than 2XL (up to 5XL)...
but choice of colors starts to drop off (we can usually get Black, Army and Dark Gray),
contact us for more information.
- Gildan "UltraCotton": Army --- Dark Gray --- Light Gray --- Brown
- Fruit of The Loom "HeavyCotton": Black --- Burgundy --- Blue
NOTE: Due to a severe cotton shortage on the Planet Earth, t-shirt stock can be difficult to get!
We do everything humanly possible to keep our advertised shirts in stock...
but in some cases we're forced to purchase stock of a similar shirt / brand / model to fill orders in a timely manner. Luckily, this is very rare!
Any replacement shirts we choose will be the same quality, in practically identical colors.

WOMENS T-SHIRTS are available in sizes up to 3XL (XXX-LARGE)...
choice of colors in this size are limited to Black, Sky and Ash only.
To order, simply purchase a 2XL in one of the colors just mentioned...
then leave us a comment during checkout regarding your size preference... we'll do the rest!
NOTE: Our womens t-shirts appear to be very small...

HANDLING TIME:
All shirts are made-to-order, meaning we make the shirts AFTER you purchase them.
Your shirt will usually ship within 3 days of the date you purchased it...
although made-to-order products can have unforseen roadblocks, so we request a 7 day handling time as a formality.
If your shirt is going to be delayed, we will contact you and keep you in the loop with what's happening.

SHIPPING TIME:
DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS: In extreme cases, please allow (up to) 21 Business Days (Monday-Friday) Travel Time for your package...
normally, the average travel time is about 5 days... although, sometimes USPS does mysterious things. Please be patient, Contact Us.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: In extreme cases, please allow (up to) 45 Business Days (Monday-Friday) Travel Time for your package....
the average travel time is about 2 weeks... sometimes less, sometimes more, depending on your country and the speed of your local post office.
Once a package leaves the USA, it's now the responsibility of your countries post office to get your package delivered in a timely manner.
While most postal systems are fairly efficient, it's your local Government "Customs/Duty" inspections that usually cause delays...
if the government holds the package for Tax/Terror inspections, then it basically sits in a queue with thousands of other packages waiting to be inspected.
All countries deal with this government intrusion, so please be patient if your package isn't showing up quickly...
contact us towards the end of the "extreme cases" example mentioned above, at that point we can get the insurance company to investigate at your local post office.
SPECIAL NOTE: ITALY / GREECE / MALTA / MIDDLE EAST / SPAIN / and some others:
I'm sorry, but all bets are off... your local Customs / Postal Services are known to (SOMETIMES) have serious delays.
We fill our obligation and ship your package well within our advertised time frame (you get an email from us when it ships).
Unfortunately, your local post offices sometimes hold packages for an extra long time (up to 60 days)...
for Italy in particular, the insurance company won't even pick up the phone until 60 days has passed (because postal delays are so common).
This is something we have NO control over, so please complain to your local government/post office.
Take a look through our feedback and notice that thousands of people have praised our service and happily received their t-shirts...
we are working for you, so please be patient... delayed packages ALWAYS show up, it just may take a little more time to reach some countries.

SHIPPING DISCOUNT REFUNDS & DEALS:
All of our auctions are set to "Immediate Payment Required"...
this means you need to pay for the item at the time of purchase, there is no grace period.
We're forced to do this because there too many people on eBay don't pay their bills and make us chase them down.
Since we're not a collections agency (we're a t-shirt store), we would like you to pay at the time of purchase, like a normal retail store.
Unfortunately, this auction setting defeats any automatic shipping discounts the eBay system would administer...
so we do refunds manually through Paypal, several times a day for multiple customers.
Once we press the submit button, it's an instant refund back to the payment method used in Paypal...
so if you paid with a credit card, it gets refunded right back to your card. Like it was never spent.
So just purchase what you want, and we'll refund the appropriate discounts the same day...

Please don't leave negative feedback or disputes without contacting us first, we're here to help you.
Also allow 24 hours for a response, as everyone on eBay is living in a different time zone.

WHEN AN ITEM GETS LOST IN THE MAIL:
Contact us for details on opening an insurance investigation...
the insurance company requires you to be involved in the insurance process,
so we will need your signature on a form explaining that you personally have not received the package.
The insurance companies are very serious about their business, they want to know who is involved when federal mail goes missing...
most times the insurance company can track down where a package was delivered, then re-route it back to you.
Some places take longer to deliver than others, so the insurance company requires different wait periods for various countries...
simply contact us if you have a problem, we can take it from there (please note the section "Shipping Time" above).
Packages rarely get lost these days, they just get delayed... no need to worry.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
- If it was your fault, you pay shipping both ways.
- If it was our fault, we pay shipping both ways.
- If it was lost in the mail, we split the responsibility.

PAYMENT PREFERENCES:
We prefer immediate payments through Paypal, it's the eBay way.
Everyone has a simple bank account, that's all you need to use Paypal.
If you absolutely MUST send a Money Order, contact us and we'll see what we can do.
ABSOLUTELY NO INTERNATIONAL MONEY ORDERS
unless you pay the $45 fee that US banks charge us to cash them.
