Shipping
We work hard to achieve customer satisfaction for every item we sell and we do everything we can to turn orders around as fast as possible, with most orders leaving same working day when placed before 2pm.
Small Items
Small items are those with a length of 65cm or less. These ship with Royal Mail on the service selected when paying for your item. In almost all cases this would be First Class, First Class Signed For or International Signed For depending on the value or destination.
Large Items
Large items ship via courier (usually UPS but can be FedEx or TNT depending on your location). The couriers pick up from us between 10 and 11am so please allow for this when placing your order.
Packaging
All of our items ship in sturdy packaging which includes card backed envelopes and cardboard tubes with tamper proof plastic caps.
Delayed and Missing Items
Unfortunately items can be delayed or go missing in transit. In such cases we will work closely with you to resolve the situation as soon as possible. Please be aware that Royal Mail do not consider an item to be lost or missing until 14 working days have passed on top of the original delivery time. We will process claims with them where required so you can be assured that your money is always safe, the worst that can happen, and we know it is inconvenient, is that things take longer than they should. Any issue with a courier is usually resolved in a matter of days.
Returns
Retruns are accepted and there are two different types of returns - regular stock items and custom made items.
Returning Stock Items
Stock items are those which are available off the shelf without any customisation. You can return any stock item for any reason as long as it is unused and in resalable condition. So if the item isn't what you were expecting or the colour isn't what you thought it can easily be returned.
Returning Custom Made Items
We will only accept a return on a custom made item where there has been an error in the manufacturing process.
Cost of Returns
The cost of returns must be bourne by the buyer except where the reason for return is due to an error on our part. |
