Returns & Exchanges
We always take the necessary care and attention to provide an accurate description and clear visual representation of all our items. If, however, you are not satisfied with what you have purchased then we are happy to discuss making an exchange (subject to availability of stock) or issuing a refund.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 7 days of receipt. We will issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item if preferred.
However, delivery charges are only refundable if you have cancelled your entire order within the 7 day Cooling-Off Period or where the goods are faulty and a refund is made.
Please note:
- The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
- The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
Contact MUST be made prior to returning any item to request an exchange/ store credit/ refund as these will not be granted without prior agreement.
N.B. Aside from our standard refund policy, there are some items where returns will not be granted under any circumstances other than gross mis-representation. These items are non-returnable due to hygiene issues and include any cosmetics, pierced earrings and underwear. The listing will notify you if an item is non-returnable.

We purchase all of our items from legitimate sources and as such we offer a 100% money back guarantee on all purchases. If, in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase on the grounds of authenticity, then please make contact with us so that we can help to resolve the matter.
