Please contact us should you encounter any problems with payment. We are willing to offer a degree of flexibility, however we reserve the right to relist if no payment or contact is received within the specified timescale.

Payment Terms & Postage Policy

All Customers

Payment must be received in full within 72 hours of the conclusion of the auction. Please also assist us with our administration by CHECKING-OUT immediately, that way we at least know what method of payment you intend to use. If for any reason you have a problem with making payment then please get in touch, don't just leave it. We are very understanding and just need to be kept informed of your situation, though we must ask you please, DON'T BID IF YOU DON'T INTEND TO BUY. If we have not heard anything from you by the end of the 3-day term, we will make every effort to establish contact before filing a non-paying bidder report after the 4th day and re-listing the item.

Our preferred methods of payment are:

  • PAYPAL 
  • WIRE (BANK-TO-BANK) TRANSFER

We also accept:

  • Personal Cheques
  • Banker's Drafts
  • Postal Orders

Bank account details will be divulged at the relevant stage of the transaction for the methods of payment this is applicable to.

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING CUSTOMS CLEARANCE IN NON-E.U. COUNTRIES:

Please note that any associated customs charges incurred are payable by the buyer. Also, we will not accept any responsibility for any items that are held in customs. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that items bought are permissible by their own country's law.

Items are almost always despatched same-day if we have received your payment by 3pm (GMT / BST), otherwise the item(s) will be sent on the following day (excluding Sundays). We do, however, allow ourselves 1 day for handling if needed, therefore items may be despatched on the next working day. Insurance is included to the value of the purchase price of your item.

Personal cheques are accepted from UK customers only and must be allowed 5 working days to clear. You will receive notification when the funds have cleared and your item(s) sent out immediately thereafter.


UK Customers

We offer three levels of service:

v  Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded

v  Royal Mail Special Delivery pre-1pm

v  Royal Mail Special Delivery pre-9am  *This service is only available upon request - please ask for a quote.

Our prices for postage and packaging are competitive and set accordingly to cover the cost of postage and all materials used. We do not add an additional charge for handling and certainly do not make any profit on the postage and packaging charge.

Please expect a 2 working-day delivery schedule, though many customers do receive items next day.
