A: Yes you can collect your item in person, we are open Mon-Fri 9-4.30, please call 01793 495201 quoting your item number just to ensure your item is ready for collection.

Q: You have sent me the wrong/damaged item what do I do?

A: Please accept our apologies if your item has arrived damaged or incorrect, please return it to us along with your invoice and we will replace the item. Please send it back recorded mail and enclose the post office receipt so we can reimburse you the return postage cost. Please read the returns policy on each of the item listings for more info.

Q: Will this item fit my vehicle?

A: Details of vehicle fitment are on every item description, with the exception of "universal" items eg. Roof bars this is as stated universal and can fit many vehicles. Please do not ask if a Universal item will fit your particular vehicle model.

Q: Can I have a discount if I buy more than one item?

A: Yes discount is available for UK buyers, if you buy more than one item you will only pay a single amount for the postage 2nd, 3rd items go free. You will be charged the highest postage from the items you buy International buyers will pay a reduced postage charge for the second items they buy.

Q: How much is the Shipping?

A: Postage costs are on every item description if not postage is displayed for either Europe or rest of world we do not ship to these areas.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes most of our items can be shipped internationally; please check to see if your country is in the P&P list on the item page

Q: Does this item come sprayed or colour coded to my car?

A: No we do not offer a spraying service. All paintable spoilers and mirrors come primed ready to spray.

A: Our normal turn around time is 3-5 working days unless otherwise stated on the ebay item page. We will email you via ebay messages once your item has been sent, and provide you tracking details.

Q: Why is e-mark approval important?

A: E-mark approval on a lamp means that it has been tested by an approved photometric laboratory and has achieved the standards laid down by the EC for fitment to vehicles within European Union. Vehicles registered from 1986 onwards are required to have e-marked lights if they are used on a public road.
