| Returns Policy
We pride ourselves in being an honest and open company where we treat people as we would like to be treated, therefore we offer an unrivalled returns policy where if you are not happy with the product you have purchased from us, let us know within 7 days and we will refund you as soon as we receive the returned item in it's original packaging and in good condition. A small deduction will be made to cover our p&p and handling costs.
Please note: Items obviously tampered with or wilfully damaged will not be replaced or refunded & you will need to pay the postage to get the item back.
Should your need to return an item please cover yourself and send it back by recorded delivery, because items lost in the post will not be refunded, by purchasing from us you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
NOTE: Any underpayment on postage will be deducted from any refund given! - Please ensure you put the correct postage on the package
For faulty items we will offer a replacement or a refund based on your personal circumstances, in this instance please contact us as soon as possible and we will fulfill our promise to you. |
