PRIVACY POLICY

We only collect information when you order an item from the site. In these cases you will be asked to complete some or all of your personal details, credit card details and delivery details. We will not use your details for any reason other than processing your order. All information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We never pass your information on to any 3rd parties.

 

SECURITY POLICY

We take security seriously and our systems are monitored. We are an approved payment solution provider for HSBC, and as such our security systems have been vetted.

 

PAYMENT METHODS

PayPal is preferred. Postal Orders by registered mail and other methods accepted upon request. Please note: Personal cheques will result in a delay to shipment, until cleared funds are available.

 

DELIVERY

All items for sale are usually kept in stock. We will gladly offer to consolidate orders to help reduce shipping costs. All items are sent via Royal Mail’s Recorded or Special Delivery services, depending on the cost and quantity of models dispatched. Therefore our items are automatically insured for loss or damages.

 

DELIVERY CHARGES

Our delivery charges can vary from product to product as they vary substantially in size & weight.

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS of SALE

All equipment is supplied in accordance with our Terms and Conditions of Sale, which are available on request.

 

RETURNING DEFECTIVE ITEMS

In the unlikely even of receiving a defective item, you should email us to inform us you are returning the item. You must return the product within 7 working days of receiving the item.

 

You should include paperwork with your original order or item number stated. We recommend using Royal Mail either the Recorded or Special Delivery services in all cases. We will review the condition of the goods before issuing a replacement or offering you a store credit and we will contact you if the claim is in doubt.

 

REFUNDS

Refunds will be provided within 7 days of purchase for a store credit, excluding shipping costs, assuming item(s) is in the same condition shipped.
