Welcome to USell. We are a community enterprise operated under West Middlesbrough Neighbourhood Trust (WMNT). WMNT are a charity that strives to fund worthwhile community projects as well as selling for the community, we also sell items donated from private companies, as well as Cleveland Police.
Goods may only be returned in the event they are faulty or have been mis-described. The Buyer must notify USELL by email within 5 business days of delivery of the Goods to the Buyer, setting out in detail the reasons for returning the Goods.
The Buyer is not entitled to return the Goods merely because he or she has changed his or her mind. A refund of the Bid Amount will be made to the Buyer in the event that, the goods are received in the same condition as they were delivered and within 10 days of notification by the buyer of their return. The buyer is responsible for all return delivery costs.
