Refunds and Exchanges
If a return is necessary due to our error or a quality issue, we will provide a replacement of an item if we have it in stock. If a replacement is not available, then we will provide a full refund including return shipping cost upon return of the item in the same condition as it was shipped. The return shipping method must use the first shipping option listed for the item.
Exchanges are allowed for a different size or style, if we have it in stock. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs as well as shipping charges to reship the replacement item. If original item was purchased with Free Shipping, buyer will be responsible for shipping of an exchanged item (current cost or $2.95 for wallets and checkbooks or $5.00 for jerseys, shirts, etc., whichever is less). Buyer must contact us regarding a possible exchange prior to returning item.
Other returns due to buyer's remorse or assumptions or similar buyer reasons will be subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price exclusive of shipping costs. Original shipping charges are not refunded and buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. We will then refund the purchase price less a 20% restocking fee.
For items purchased with free shipping, shipping costs will be deducted from the purchase price and then the restock fee will be calculated. The refund amount in this circumstance is the purchase price less shipping x 80%. These (free) shipping costs are $2.95 for wallets and checkbooks or $5.00 for jerseys, shirts, etc.
Refunds are made via the original payment method (i.e., if you paid with PayPal, then refund will be through PayPal).
