Shipping
Only one shipping charge applies to multiple purchases - the highest delivery charge will cover the entire order.
Most orders will be despatched within 1 working day of receipt. Please contact us if you would like to make alternate delivery arrangements or would like an order to be despatched on a specific day.
Insurance is included in our shipping charge.
Returns
We can offer a refund or exchange on all items if returned within 14 days of receipt.
To return an item please contact us first to receive a returns number.
Items must be returned to us in a resaleable condition.
Returned items are shipped at customer's expense and risk.
Software, media or sample CD's cannot be returned if they have been opened or unsealed in any way unless proven to be defective. This includes hardware/software bundled products where the software has been registered.
Defective goods will be replaced at our cost.
