Q. Where do you ship to?
A. Delivery prices are shown for all UK destinations. We are able to ship certain items to a selection of EU destinations. If you are outside of the UK please contact us first for a postage quote before you click to buy.

Q. Can I collect my item?
A. Unfortunately it is no longer possible to collect items as our warehouse is in a different location to our office.

Payment

Q. How can I pay for my order?
A. You can pay by any of the following options: PayPal, Banker's Draft/Postal Order, Personal Cheque.

Q. Who do I make cheques/postal orders payable to?
A. All personal cheques/postal orders should be made out to 'UKPetSupplies'. Please be aware that goods paid for by personal cheque will not be dispatched until the cheque has cleared. Cheques should be posted to UKPetSupplies, Unit 8b Holme Bank Mills, Station Road, Mirfield, West Yorkshire, WF14 8NA.

Q. How soon after winning the auction should I make payment?
A. Please ensure that payment is made within 7 days of winning the auction. After this point we will start eBay's unpaid item process.

A. Postage varies by item and location. Please see the "Delivery" section of the listing for full details.

Returns Policy

Q. Can I return my item(s) for a refund?
A. Items may be returned for refund within 7 days of receipt as long as they are unopened, undamaged and fit for resale. Our returns address is shown below.

Q. Who is liable for return postage?
A. The buyer will be liable for return postage as well as the initial postage cost.

Q. What do I do if my item is damaged or faulty?
A. Any damaged/faulty items must be reported to UKPetSupplies within 5 days of receipt. After this time we cannot process any claims. In the event of a damaged/faulty product please contact us straight away and we will advise as to the best course of action. You will see from our feedback that we never leave a customer unsatisfied.
