First time I've bid for a car on line and was apprehensive at first, but needed not have worried. Full description of car on listing with RAC inspection report told me all I needed to know. Communication was very good and on arrival to collect car, staff could not have been more helpful. A very different experience to the usual car buying I have had in the past.

The RAC report and HPI checks were important in my decision to proceed with this purchase. The staff at Carsite were very helpful and were not pressing for a sale. Quite the opposite in effect. They were anxious that I was 100% happy with the car before completing the sale. The whole process was enjoyable and I would certainly use Carsite to purchase another vehicle. I've got an RAC inspected car at well below dealer price so am well pleased.

Fantastic - What else is there to say. I read the testimonials of many of the other buyers - and everyone is right. Don't be put off by bidding without an actual viewing. The cars really are as good as they look on the Website. I only wish I had some more dosh to buy some more. The service is impecable & the staff couldn't be nicer.

I was extremely impressed with the customer service of Carsite once I had confirmed my purchase of the car. It is common to encounter very poor customer service with web based businesses however this could not be futher from the truth in respect to Carsite. The transparency and professionalism of the payment and handover process was second to none. I will buy again from Carsite.
