Changed your mind about your item?
You may return your item for any reason within 14 days* of receipt. Please inform me that you are returning the item.
Items must be returned unworn and in original packaging**, please do not stick anything to the packaging or deface it in anyway (I have had an item returned previously with the box covered in sellotape). Please include in packaging either the original invoice you received with the parcel or a note with your ebay user id and item number. Please obtain a certificate of posting from the post office.
Refunds will be issued within 48 hours of receipt of the returned goods. Refunds will be made either by PAYPAL (if item was paid for using this service) or by Cheque. Please do not ask me to refund by any other means. Please note your postage costs will not be returned.
**Packaging refers to the box (where provided) and internal packaging in the box e.g tissue paper and stuffing provided to keep the items in good condition in transit. I reserve the right to deduct £5 from price of refund to cover the cost of these items when not returned complete or defaced. Please also note that returning items without packaging can result in the goods being damaged which would render the item non-refundable.
Exchanges
Exchanges will be subject to availability. Postage costs in respect of this will be the buyers responsibility.
It is preferable that stamps are included for the cost of return postage.
Faulty Items or incorrect item received
All items are checked prior to dispatch. In the unlikely event that you do find a problem with your order please contact me within 5 working days with details of the problem. In most cases I will require for the item to be returned, in which case I will refund all postage costs in relation to this. I will where possible send out a replacement, if this is not possible I will refund you in full.
Please note you must NOT return the item to me without prior approval. Failure to do this may result in your postage costs not being refunded.
Items returned after the 14 day period
*Items returned after this period of time must be by prior approval and with good reason, this may be that you are unable to get to a post office until Saturday or have bought for someone who is on holiday e.t.c. In all cases I must be notified within the 14 day period and agree a time limit for return.
STAR SHOES UK reserves the right to charge a handling fee of £5 + v.A.T for items returned after the 14 day period that have not received prior approval. |
