How quickly can you dispatch my item?
Items paid for by 1pm Monday to Friday are normally sent out the same day. Items paid for after this time are dispatched the next working day.
ITEM DISPATCHED notifications are sent AFTER your item has been left in the care of the post office.
There may be the odd occassion when I am unable to dispatch within this time, in this case I will always let you know a.s.a.p.
Please note that cheques take around one week to clear and e-cheques take around 10-14 days to clear.
How quickly will I receive my item?
Royal Mail timescales are as follows (please remember this isn't guaranteed and deliveries do tend to take longer in the run upto Christmas). I cannot accept responsibility for items that do not arrive withing these times.
1st class mail 1 - 2 working Days
2nd class mail 2 - 3 working days
I need a guaranteed fast delivery, can you provide courier or special delivery?

Unfortunately my local post office closed down and since that time my mail has been collected. I only have provision for 1st and 2nd class mail services. I do not hold an account with any courier service.
