You can return a product to us, providing it is unused,Undamaged and in the exact same condition it was sent to you for a full refund of the sales price. This must be within 10 working days of receipt of goods.
Where an item is misdescribed, we will refund the original delivery charge, but not when a product is simply unwanted or Not what you thought it was.

Products we will not or are unable to refund
Posters , leaflets and printable items that have been printed using YOUR images / design will not be refunded and CANNOT be returned to us.
PLEASE NOTE that ALL printable items actually require YOUR images/design for us to Print them.
If you Wish to return an Undamaged item/s to us we reccommend that you send them by a Signed for Service..
We DO NOT pay for the return postage Or Initial postage unless the mistake is ours and we will notify you by email if this is the case prior to you returning the item/s.
We try to process all refunds within 24hours upon receipt of returned item/s in providing they are received in The EXACT same condition it/they left us. |
