| A:So long as the item is in a sealed an unused condition then we will accept it as a return. |

| A:We dispatch parts and accessories Monday through Friday every week and most orders are shipped the same or next day either using Royal Mail's First Class services or Interlink Express for heavier items or larger orders. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:We try to keep flat rates as much as possible for simplicity so small items, up to about ! or 2Kg attract a standard £2.95 charge for packing, handling and shipping to a UK address. Larger items will attract a £4.95 charge and will generally ship using Interlink Express. |
