Royal Mail deliveries can take upto 5 working days. Please allow 5 working days before contacting us regarding missing or late delivery. Please also check your item has not been left with a neighbour or at the local post office. They should leave a card with you when this happens but it does sometimes occur where this does not happen. If you require a quicker than 5 working delivery then contact us by email or phone for options on a speedier service such as next working day courier.
Please note the delivery price with Royal Mail includes packaging and allowances for time for packaging and taking to post office. The Royal Mail ticket price will usually be lower than the price charged to you as we have to cover the additional costs. We keep postage prices as low as we can.
