We use a local pallet company who are part of the national pallet network. They are able to deliver to anywhere on the mainland UK. We are able to provide a next working day service with this courier (except some areas of Scotland and offshore). The pallet company will only attempt delivery once, any additional delivery attempts will incurr extra delivery charges. For this reason we do not despatch your goods until we have had contact from you to confirm the delivery date, delivery address and a contact telephone number. The delivery can take place anytime between 9am and 5pm though the driver will contact you half hour before he delivers to let you know he is on the way.

As it is only a 1 man delivery team the courier can only deliver to ground floor premises. Please ensure that someone is available to help you carry the goods into your premises as many larger items are too heavy for 1 person to lift. The driver is not covered by his insurance to carry the items into your premises so please do not expect him to.
