We use Interlink's next working day delivery service. The parcels are sent tracked and insured. Goods are only despatched on working days. Delivery is for the following working day between 9 and 3. Please bear this in mind when ordering. Offshore locations (Isle of Wight, Man etc and Northern Ireland) are 2 day deliveries. Some remote areas may be a 2 day service such as the Scottish Highlands etc. You will get an email advising you when the item has been despatched for confirmation.
Orders recieved before 1PM on any working day will go that day.
Interlink Express will deliver between 9 and 3 usually. They may deliver earler or slighty later in some cases. If you are not in they will leave a calling card. Please ensure you respond to this card as soon as posible to avoid any additional delivery charges. They will re-deliver for another day arranged between you and them for free. You can also collect from the local depot by arrangement.
If you do not respond to the calling card in time and the item is returned to us you will need to pay for any re-delivery charges. If for any reason your item does not turn up on the expected day then email us so we can give you tracking details before they return the item to us to avoid the extra delivery charges.
