Grades Explained
Brand New - These are brand new items that have never been out of the box or used. They will have a minimum of 12 months warranty.
Graded These are items that may or not ever been used and are in as new condition but have been returned to the manufacturer, because of this they cannot be sold again as 'brand new' even though, technically they are. The reasons for return could be any of the following: delivered to the wrong address, slight packaging damage, incorrect item or colour, customer changed their mind, un-wanted gift etc. either a missing accessory, cosmetic damage or a minor fault (which will have been repaired, or in most cases is a user error!). They will be fully tested, re-boxed with all accessories and have a mechanical warranty. In most cases they are as good as a new product. somtimes boxes are a bit tatty comes complete with 6 mths warranty
