How much will it cost?

Postage costs will vary depending on the weight, value and destination of the item in question.

All postage prices for a specific item will be stated within the item listing.

How long will my item take to arrive?

Delivery to the UK takes approx 3-5 working days, Europe approx 5-7 working days and Rest of the world approx 7-10 working days from dispatch date.

Do you offer combined shipping discounts?

We do combine shipping. eBay will automatically work out shipping discounts for every additional item purchased if eligible. Please send us an eBay message letting us know when you've finished shopping and we'll send you a combined invoice.

Have you sent my item?

We aim to dispatch items within 48 hours of payment being accepted, you will receive an email from us when your item has been shipped. All items purchased Fridays (after 10am), Saturdays and Sundays will be dispatched on the following Monday.

Do I need to sign for the delivery?

Yes, all items sent out require a signature upon delivery, this is so that we have proof the item has arrived.

Can I get my order sooner?

We don’t offer next day delivery yet but we’re working on it so keep checking back.

Can I track my order?

No, the reference number supplied by Royal Mail does not offer a traceable service, it will only state when an item has been delivered acting as an insurance policy.

Will you deliver to me?

Yes, we dispatch worldwide. If the country you are looking for is not on the list we can send you a revised invoice, just send us an eBay message.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

Royal mail will leave a ‘Sorry you were out’ card when they are unable to deliver an item to your address. The card explains why they were unable to deliver, and tells you how to arrange redelivery or collection. If you do not have your item redelivered or collect it Royal mail will eventually send the item back to us and you will have to pay the postage charges again in order for us to dispatch the item again.

My item hasn’t arrived?

If an item is lost in the post, we are unable to take any action with Royal mail until 15 working days from dispatch date within the UK and 21 working days for the rest of the world. Any claim submitted can take 4-8 weeks to conclude and we will only issue full refunds once Royal mail have confirmed to us that the item in question has been lost.
